Vision for 2021
December 31, 2020
Q: What should my vision/goals for 2021 be?
A: Asking for wisdom where you cannot see clearly is one. There is no shame in acknowledging you don’t know everything. The only shame is venturing forth blind and stupid as though you don’t need guidance or checking yourself. Litmus tests of whether you are in your power or giving it to someone else, whether you are happy and fulfilled and doing what lights you up—these check-ins are important on a regular basis along your way because power shifts can happen silently and without perception. Things you enjoyed can slowly start to ebb the life energy out of you, time can morph pleasurable things into old and mundane elementary tasks when you must dissolve certain bonds in order to free time and energy to pursue new paths where life is directing you. So check-in often. Ask if you move forward out of hubris or trust. Ask if you are lighting up with what you spend your free time doing. Where are you spending your energy, your excess time? Don’t waste it on things you think you should care about just because you did at one time. The book club could be one of those things. Girl Scout cookies, another. Don’t over-extend yourself in areas of “should.” Invest in the areas you want and delight in. Love those around you and acknowledge that no one is ever on the same path at the same time at the same spot. Which not only means giving allowance for those “behind” you but also for yourself when you feel “behind” others and wonder how to make sense of it all. We are here for you. Trust in divine timing, in Providence, in your synchronicities. We delight in make your heart buzz with excitement in living and how your heart is slowly thawing towards the idea of the Universe’s plan of love and not pain. Thrive.
