Q: How can I get more physical activity into my day to become healthier?
A: The answer to healthy lifestyle for you is water, hydration, moving, not getting energy stuck. Set limit on phone time and computer time per day and also alarms to drink water (use app) and get up and move. Jump, stretch, soak up sun. Sunshine can free your soul and do so much for your body that exercise alone could never accomplish. Love the outdoors and spend time with Natalie outside as much as possible. Floor time too is great. Just don’t protract muscles in sitting position too long; but lounging and playing in non-uniform/strict ways, not rigid or unplayful. Do those handstands. Dance to music. Sing songs. The energy needs to flow through you and not get stuck. Sing, dance, crawl, jump, wiggle it out as you drink it in in form of water and sunshine. Just move. Don’t let your achievement-loving priorities steal your vitality, which can only fuel it along.
