Q: What do I need to look at in my life, personality, health, emotions or mind that I need to let go of in order to properly heal and align with my purpose and power?

A: Seek first what it is to be healthy for the disease once released cannot release its hold on the mind without having first conquered the intention and sites you’ve set on what’s possible. A desert can easily be overpowered by a little rain as it just rinses over the empty landscape. People your landscape with dreams, intentions, desired feelings, by seeing them in the now. That way the house won’t be empty for the demon once cast out to come back with friends, making the possessed woman worse than before. Clearing and releasing are important but so is envisioning, being so clearly able to see and feel what is not yet, that it becomes the norm when the sickness is released and love takes its place. [Deleted Text that did not seem appropriate] …for the time to heal and recuperate is not always easy and often comes with a price, meaning the paving forward of better paths is financed in payments of pain and emotional discomfort. Treasure the pain for what it is--signs that sickness is leaving--that the status quo is no longer okay or sufficient. The pain is precious in that it is the discomfort that makes us move away from what it is that is killing us. It is a gift from the Divine. It is not a signal of moving backward and digressing but rather lactic acid from a major "workout" of soul muscles. Do you let sore muscles stop you in training? No, you may know to go a little easier, to stretch first, to hydrate, to rest, but not to stop. It signals you went out of your comfort zone and you're moving toward a healthier, stronger you in service of your vision and that of the collective. Keep moving.
